Game Changer, starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani's latest film, had a great start at the box office. The Shankar directorial amassed over Rs 50 crore in India on its opening day. Game Changer is Ram Charan’s first solo release in six years after Vinaya Vidheya Rama (VVR) and it has outperformed the opening day collections of VVR. It has failed to surpass the day 1 collections of SS Rajamouli's blockbuster RRR.
Game Changer earned around 51.25 Cr India net on its first day for all languages (early estimates), as per industry tracker Sacnilk. Rs 42 crore was collected from the Telugu language, Rs 2.1 crore from the Tamil version, Rs 7 crore from Hindi, Rs 0.1 crore from Kannada and Rs 0.05 crore from the Malayalam languages respectively.
The film had an overall 51.32% Telugu Occupancy on Friday, with maximum occupancy of59.60% from the night shows.
